  • Automotive Technician

    Full-time Automotive Technician skilled and certified in all areas of automotive maintenance and repair.

    Applicant will be responsible for performing maintenance services and accurately diagnosing and repairing domestic and import automobiles.

    We have 15 lifts in 8 service bays. Each technician has at least two lifts (15 lifts for six technicians). The latest diagnostic equipment and virtually unlimited company-paid training guarantees your success. We have established clientele and consistent workflow with a well-balanced mix of maintenance and repair work. All of our technicians are career professionals with over 20 years' experience. This is a quality shop and we are seeking a quality technician with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.

    Top-Level incentive-based pay will depend upon work history, experience and abilities.

  • Service Advisor

    NATURE OF WORK:

    Under limited supervision, the Service Advisor (SA) provides estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance.

    Through effective communication with customers, the Service Advisor determines the services necessary, predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process.

    The SA determines services needed by accessing information obtained by technicians and referencing auto manufacture’s service intervals.

    TYPICAL DUTIES:

    * Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed
    * Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquiries
    * Performs opening and closing responsibilities
    * Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed
    * Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
    * Performs other duties as requested 2 of 3

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    * Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail
    * Reads, analyzes and interprets general business reports
    * Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
    * Ability to compute basic math equation

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    * Lift objects weighing between 25–50 pounds
    * Safely work with team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds
    * Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting (up to 5 hours)
    * Work in areas that require kneeling, crouching or crawling

    MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    * Candidates must have a valid driving license and clean driving record
    * Experience with Shop Management software preferred

  • Assistant Service Advisor

    NATURE OF WORK:

    This is an apprenticeship position, applicant will be training to become a full-time Automotive Service Advisor. Our growing company is seeking a customer service/sales representative that desires long-term employment in a well-established family-owned business.

    The candidate for this position is outgoing, a good communicator, has a desire to serve others, seeks to please customers, co-workers and ownership, and has a desire to learn and advance personal and professional skills.

    This position requires ability to work with computers and a variety of software programs.

    This position has many duties including customer service, data entry, and working with numbers.

    Applicant must have good telephone and face-to-face communication skills, the ability to type at least 50 wpm, and be physically able to stand and/or for 2-3 hours consecutively.

    Under supervision, the Assistant Service Advisor (ASA) provides estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance.

    Through effective communication with customers, the ASA determines the services necessary, predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process.

    The ASA determines services needed by accessing information obtained by technicians and referencing auto manufacture’s service intervals.

    The ASA assists management with the updating of customer records, marketing and other administrative duties as needed.

    TYPICAL DUTIES:

    • Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires
    • Updates and reviews customer records for needed service and/or repairs
    • Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed
    • Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
    • Performs other duties as requested including, but not limited to, filing paperwork, scanning and importing documents, running local errands

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail
    • Reads, analyzes and interprets general business reports
    • Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
    • Ability to compute basic math equations

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
