Choosing A Service Center
There are many different service centers to choose from, and not
all of them are the same. Some specialize in specific makes of
vehicles, while others specialize in specific types of repairs.
Some perform only minor maintenance services, while others perform
a full array of services from scheduled maintenance to major
repairs. Be sure to ask these important questions whenever
selecting a service center for your vehicle:
-
Are you skilled and trained to work on my make and model of
vehicle?
-
Can you perform all of the scheduled maintenance and any needed
repairs to my vehicle?
-
What is your standard warranty on repairs?
(Many shops offer a one
year, or even two year warranty on their repairs. At Integrity
Automotive we offer a lifetime parts and labor warranty. If a part
that we replaced on your vehicle fails due to manufacturing
defects or our workmanship. We will replace it for you at no
charge for as long as you own your vehicle, with no hidden charges
or surprises.)
-
Are you able to maintain my new car warranty?
-
Are your technicians ASE certified?
-
Does your shop meet the “ASE Blue Seal of Excellence”
requirements?
-
How many years of experience do your technicians have?
-
Do you have all of the necessary diagnostic equipment necessary to
work on today's computerized vehicles?
-
Do you have an early bird/night owl key drop system so that I can
drop my vehicle off or pick it up before or after hours?
-
Do you have alternate transportation available while my car is in
the shop?
-
Do you offer complimentary shuttle service to my home or office?
-
Will you perform a complimentary inspection of my vehicle each
time that it comes in for service?
